Ok, designers, let’s talk imposter syndrome!
We all can suffer from imposter syndrome throughout each stage of our careers. Today, I want to share with you how I have managed it from the very beginning of my career and still do to this day. I’m sharing with you some of the positive affirmations I use and how I break things down into bite-sized chunks.
Imposter syndrome is real. It’s nothing to be ashamed of. And it’s totally manageable.
